Crail to Anstruther and back walk 30/03/19

On the Saturday the forecast was for 60mph wind gusts on the high hill tops, we decided rather than risk it, we drove to Crail in the East Neuk of Fife for a coastal walk instead. Part of the Fife Coastal Path. It turned out to be a great day, a 9 mile return walk of fresh sea air in our lungs.
On our return to Crail, I must have looked in need of refreshment as a local wifie asked from the other side of the street, how far have you walked, I told her and her reply was you will need a couple of beers then, a beer would have been welcome along with a big plate of fresh fish and chips.
Well worth making a wee trip out to the Fife coast for a look, roads not too busy and great scenery.
