Glamis Transport Extravaganza 10/07/22

Some photos taken on a beautiful sunny summers day at the annual Glamis Transport Extravaganza. It was certainly busy and we met a good few friends all enjoying the weekend.

Hoolets 2/07/22

After missing the Hoolets party for a couple of years, it was good to be getting the bikes packed with the tent and beers again, this time we were joined by Marion and Alan on their Triumphs. Other than a little navigation error by me on the outskirts of Perth, the journey down was trouble free. We stopped for a bite to eat in Haddington, as per usual in Scotland the only available food after 3pm seems to be cakes, but needs must. There was a few bikes parked up and folk sitting chatting when we arrived, first things first get the tent up before the beers were opened. We hadn't seen some of the folk in a few years but as always with motorcyclists, it seemed like the day before. More bikes arrived and tents put up made for a great weekend. Thanks to Bert and Laurenne for the invite.

Rannoch Station Bike Run 14/05/22

The bike run to Rannoch Station is a favourite of ours. Stunning scenery all along the route in great weather, and the thought of good food at the station cafe made it even more of  a cracking day. There was a wee wait for the food, but it gave us time to take in the surroundings. Well worth a visit but don't tell too many folk.

SCMC Wee Smokie 5/06/22

What a cracking day for the Wee Smokie, plenty sunshine and a decent turnout. As always it's great to be out on the bikes and meet up with friends and like minded folks. There was a good range of bikes from vintage, classic Brit's and modern Jap standard and customised.  Thanks to the organisers for making a great day of it.
